Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns on unused, uninstalled, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in new condition
- Items must not show signs of installation, wear, or use
- Items must be returned in original packaging
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-built or made-to-order products (including custom wheel sets)
- Items that have been installed, modified, or used
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
Custom products are built specifically to order and cannot be restocked.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Meryx is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
