Non-custom items are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after an order is placed.

 

Custom Products

Some items, including custom-built wheel sets, are made to order.

  • Custom products require additional lead time
  • Please allow 2–4 weeks for production and delivery on custom items

Estimated lead times are clearly stated on the product page where applicable.

 

Shipping Locations

Meryx currently ships within the United States.

If you are located outside the U.S. and are interested in placing an order, please contact us before purchasing.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

 

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

 

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on carrier, shipping method, and destination. While we aim to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume.

Meryx is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.
